Location close to the old harbour, and the centre of old town with a short walking distance to lovely breakfast places. For tea or coffee visit Barbarossa nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location in the heart of the old town was perfect - close to everything. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with our room cleaned daily and always left spotless. The hotel facilities were stylish and newly renovated, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with information about the best spots in the area, restaurants, and even arranged car rental for us. Plus, the hotel's central location made transportation around this city a breeze.
Nothing.

The rooms at Thallos The Boutique were great! They had everything I needed, like a desk, coffee machine, fridge, and a safety deposit box. The flat-screen TV was a bonus. I loved that some rooms had a terrace or balcony. It was nice to relax outside and enjoy the fresh air. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the hot weather. It made my stay so much more comfortable. The suite I stayed in had a private entrance, which gave me a sense of privacy and convenience.
Personally, I didn't really use the private bathroom with a shower. But for others, it could be a great feature.

I recently stayed at Thallos, a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Chania. The staff went above and beyond, helping arrange a special birthday surprise for my girlfriend, providing airport transfers, and even giving us a parting gift. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot for evening drinks, and the daily room cleaning and fresh beach towels were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to the lighthouse and plenty of dining options. The room itself was modern and had a bathtub, a big bonus! I would definitely return if I visit again.
